Here's how our walk-in process works:

• Bring up to 40 freshly laundered items in great condition.

• We are currently buying summer styles.

• Check in with one of our buyers when you arrive.

• Our walk-in process is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Have a valid ID or passport ready so we can create your seller account.

• Join our waitlist that gives you an estimated time for when we can begin your buy.

• Once we begin reviewing your items, the buying process typically takes about 30 minutes.

• Once we're finished, you'll receive an offer of either 30% cash or 50% store credit for the items we accept.
